Privacy Policy - We do not share customer details with any third parties.

Bicycle Delivery Policy – We deliver every afternoon between 12pm - 6pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). Due to the sheer volume of orders on Valentine's Day, we may start deliveries early to get everything delivered on time. We do not give delivery time slots. We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of post rooms / reception at commercial addresses to deliver flowers to the intended recipient. If you do not want your flowers being given to a post room, please provide delivery instructions in the field provided on the order form or supply a contact number for the recipient. If the recipient is not at the original delivery address and you would like to offer an alternative delivery address, our riders will only deliver to this address if it is within a reasonable distance or can be worked in to their delivery route that day. We ask customers to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don't always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses.

Postal Delivery Policy – We deliver Tuesday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). We do not give delivery time slots.  We use a third party service to deliver our postal bouquets. We cannot under any circumstances offer re-deliveries; please give clear instructions as to what to do with the flowers if no one is home. Our flowers leave the workshop at 3pm for next-day delivery; once the flowers have left our workshop for delivery, we are unable to amend or change the details of delivery. We ask customers to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don't always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses.

Refund / Cancellation Policy – for bicycle deliveries, customers need to cancel their orders before 11am on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund. For postal deliveries, customers need to cancel their order before 11am the day before delivery to be eligible for a refund. As our product is perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery. Due to covering costs of the venue, the flowers, catering and staff, we are only able to offer full refunds for cancellations on our workshops with 14 days' notice. After that we will refund 40% of the amount paid. Amount paid is non-transferable to other Petalon events.

Our flowers are subject to availability. If a particular flower isn't available we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
