Terms and Conditions
Delivery Policy – We deliver every afternoon between 12pm - 6pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). We do not give delivery time slots. We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of post rooms / reception at commercial addresses to deliver flowers to the intended recipient. If you do not want your flowers being given to a post room, please provide delivery instructions in the field provided on the order form.
Refund / Cancellation Policy – Customers need to cancel their orders before 10am on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Our bunches are subject to availability at the flower market. If a particular flower isn't available we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
